Q. How can I make changes to my game?

A. Visit the My Games page under your account and use the dropdown menu to select the version of the game you wish to edit.

Q. Can I create a new version of my game based off an older version?

A. No. In most cases it makes sense to base a new version of your game off the latest version of your game. For this reason, we've opted to not allow creating new versions of games based off older versions. If this feature is requested often, it may be considered.

Q. Can I collaborate on a game with other users?

A. No. If this feature is requested often, it may be considered.

Q. Can I swap versions of my game around?

A. No. If this feature is requested often, it may be considered.

Q. Why is English the only supported language?

A. We currently only allow games written in English due to limitations on reviewing games. If requested often, we may consider supporting additional languages.


Q. I don't want to receive any email from Games Create, what can I do?

A. Please check your email settings. If you have an account with us, we may be required to, at a minimum, send you important transactional emails. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

Q. I'm not receiving emails from Games Create?

A. Please check your email settings. If emails from Games Create are landing in your junk box, please add our email addresses to your email account's safe senders list.


Q. I've received a ban. What should I do?

A. Please follow the instructions provided in the email that you would have received notifying you of the ban. If you did not receive an email, please contact us for assistance. Please note that when an account is banned, any active subscriptions on the account are cancelled.

Restricted Content

Q. Why are some games/other content not appearing for me on the site?

A. To protect young audiences, games (and other content) rated Ages 15+ and Ages 18+ will only appear when searching/browsing the site if you are; a) logged in, b) are old enough to view the content and c) your content preferences allow it. While not logged in, you may follow a direct link to these games but they will require an age verification check. If you are the creator of a game, it will always be visible to you under My Games.


Q. Do you store credit/debit card information on your site or servers?

A. No. All credit/debit card payments are handled by Stripe, a secure online payment processor.

Q. Where can I update/check my billing information and download invoices?

A. You can update your billing information and download invoices under Account > Account Settings > Billing.

Q. Can I withdraw a credit from my account balance?

A. No, however credits may be used against future invoices or to make purchases on the site where available.

Q. Can I delete my credit/debit card information?

A. Yes, however first you'll need to cancel any active subscriptions. To delete your credit/debit card information, go to Account > Account Settings > Billing > Payment Information then select the Delete Payment Information button.

Q. What currencies do you charge in?

A. We currently charge in AUD (if you live in Australia) or USD (if you live anywhere else). Please note that GST will be charged on the AUD currency.

Q. I've changed countries and need to change currencies - what can I do?

A. You won't be able to change currencies once you have subscribed to the premium plan (even if you change back to the free plan). Please contact us for assistance.


Q. Where can I upgrade to the premium?

A. You can upgrade to premium on the Plans page.

Q. Where can I downgrade to the free plan (cancel premium plan)?

A. You can downgrade to the free plan (which is the same as cancelling your premium plan) on the Plans page.

Q. Will I lose access to premium features if I downgrade to the free plan?

A. No, you can continue to use your premium plan's features until the paid-up subscription period has ended - at which point, your account will be switched back to the free plan and you will lose access.

Q. Will games I've created using premium features stop working/revert back?

A. No, any game you've created using premium features will remain as is. For example, Pro games will remain as Pro games even after you are no longer on the premium plan, and if you've set your game to use a Preloader, it will continue to use the Preloader. However, you will lose access to premium features in the Games Create Editor and so making changes to your game may revert some settings or lock some options off. We recommend remaining on the premium plan while making changes to a game which contains premium features.
