About Hotkeys

Hotkeys are keys or combination of keys which, when pressed, do something. The Games Create Editor supports specific hotkeys. This table provides descriptions on each hotkey for your reference.

Hotkey Function Description
Lock Aspect Ratio When resizing a sub-location on a map, hold the shift key to lock the aspect ratio.
Select All You can select all contents of the selected area with CTRL + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
Cut You can cut the selected text with CTRL + X (Windows) or Command + X (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
Copy You can copy the selected text with CTRL + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
Paste You can paste the contents of the clipboard with CTRL + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
Undo You can undo changes made to text/inputs with CTRL + Z (Windows) or Command + Z (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
Redo You can redo changes made to text/inputs with CTRL + Y (Windows) or Command + Y (Mac). Note: Some browsers may not include this hotkey.
